We will do our best to keep your data intact, but certain repairs require restore and it is

inevitable. If you opted to not have the device restored and it is required for your repair type, we will contact you before proceeding.

If we are not able to contact you, we will not move forward with repair until we get a response from you. Items left over 30 days with no contact will be deemed abandoned and will be discarded or repurposed.

FAQ

How long does Mail-in repairs take?

Repairs take about 1 - 3 hours for most! We will usually send the device back within 1 or 2 business days after we receive it ( If for some reason we require more time, we will notify you! )

What happens if my device is damaged in the mail?

This normally doesn’t happen if the device is properly packed, we recommend using lots of bubble wrap and packing peanuts depending on the size of the electronic.

  • We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the shipping process.

Do i pay before or after mailing in my device?

You can pay the repair once the repair is complete and before we ship the device back.

How can i trust that you will return my device?

We have served our community for over 20 years, you can rest assure that your device is in a safe place. We track all orders via IMEI # ( Your device’s unique identity number ) We double and triple check the IMEI before sending your device back.
